The hotel was in a good location for exploring most places of interest around the St. Augustine area. It was not massively expensive.Staff were knowledgeable about local ammenities. Breakfast was okay.
You got exactly what you paid for nothing more nothing less. The pool was nothing special.

A/C was too loud. Adjoining room noises easily heard. We were charged for use of a safe which we never used.

The location was good for St. Augustine, near the historic sites and a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and the beaches. It also was convenient to historic district.

There was a lady hostess the afternoon we checked in. She upgraded us to a jr suite. She made us feel very welcome and that we were special.
My husband would have liked a better tv package but that is no fault of the hotel staff
